I’ve spent the last 25+ years building businesses, advising leaders, and creating communities, all grounded in one belief: relationships are the most valuable currency we have.
My work has taken me across industries and continents, but the common thread is helping people move forward, whether they’re navigating growth, shifting direction, or seeking clarity. I’ve helped raise over $1 million, co-authored a book, built a 40-person consultancy, and founded multiple ventures, including One Handshake and Contigo Press.
What’s remained constant is my belief that one sincere connection can change the course of a life, or a business.
Today, The Jillian Group is the home for that work: a portfolio of ventures, services, and collaborations designed to help people think more clearly, connect more meaningfully, and grow with integrity.
